One of the most beautiful excursions to enjoy during a Dolomite autumn, in the heart of the Paneveggio – Pale di San Martino Natural Park. The route crosses the Val Venegia, through golden-coloured larches, pastures and splendid views. From the Pian dei Casoni, you can reach the Malga Venegia and Malga Venegiota mountain lodges, with the possibility of choosing a shorter route or continuing towards the Baita Segantini hut. From Muncion, you can climb towards the Rifugio Gardeccia mountain lodge, traversing the woods and meadows at the foot of the spectacular walls of the Rosengarten group. A pleasant and scenic route, ideal for a day in nature. Difficulty: medium

A hike in the heart of the Latemar range to the Rifugio Torre di Pisa mountain lodge: one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the group. The trail climbs through rocks and high-altitude landscapes until it reaches the lodge at over 2,600 metres. Difficulty: medium
An evocative route in the heart of the Rosengarten group, between high-altitude meadows and Dolomite views. From the Karerpass, climb up to the Rifugio Roda di Vaèl mountain lodge, where you can stop for a break and admire the surrounding mountains. Difficulty: medium
A pleasant itinerary through woods, meadows and characteristic mountain huts, it is particularly evocative in the autumn colours. The route crosses the Valfredda, allowing you to discover some of the quietest corners of the San Pellegrino Pass, complete with a stop at the Rifugio Fuciade mountain lodge. An authentic and quiet valley, perfect for a walk through woods, meadows and mountain huts. By following the stream, you can reach the picturesque Cascate del Rio San Nicolò waterfalls. The route can also be explored by e-bike, starting directly from the Flos Hotel. Difficulty: easy – medium
Enjoy a pleasant winter hike through snowy woods and sweeping views of the Dolomites. From the San Pellegrino Pass, you can reach the beautiful Fuciade basin, where the mountain lodge is ideal for panoramic breaks immersed in the snow. Difficulty: easy
