Early check-in is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. However, we will do our best to prepare your room as soon as possible and let you know when it is ready.

In case of evening arrival, just be sure to let us know your expected arrival time and we will be ready to welcome you.

On your departure day, we ask you to please vacate your room by 10:00.

Late check-out depends on room availability and the arrival time of subsequent guests. Please let us know when you check in and we will do our best to allow you to stay a few more hours.

The semi-flexible rate requires the payment of a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the stay. In case of cancellation up to 10 days before arrival, the deposit can be converted into a voucher to be used for a future stay. From 9 days before arrival, it can no longer be recovered.

In case of no-show, cancellation in the 3 days prior to the stay or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the amount booked will apply.

For greater protection, the BeSafe insured rate is also available.

Of course! If you chose the bed & breakfast option, you can also add dinner during your stay. We simply ask you to book it by the night before, so we can prepare everything fresh and in the right quantities, helping us to avoid waste.

The cost is €35 per person, excluding drinks.

Dinner is served at 19:30, and guests can join us in the dining room until 20:00.

Chef Vanessa offers a four-course menu:

Yes, on request, we can prepare a picnic basket consisting of:

• two sandwiches with fillings of your choice;
• a bottle of still or sparkling water;
• a piece of fruit;
• a dessert.

We are not certified by the Italian Coeliac Association (AIC), and therefore cannot guarantee the complete absence of contamination in gluten-free dishes. However, we do our best to propose suitable options for coeliac guests.

We are well equipped to handle lactose intolerances and vegetarian requests. At the moment, however, we are not equipped to offer a fully vegan menu. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements prior to arrival.

We do not have a garage, but we provide guests with ample free outdoor parking.
